Filed a dispute, what should I do now?

I sold an item on Feb 7th, but didn't get any payment from the buyer, and I tried to contact her 3 times, no response! So I filed a disputed on Feb 14th. Now I just found that the buyer is not a registered member probably because her account is suspended or something. My question is what should I do now? Wait for the buyer's response? Or shall I close the case and relist the item?

She can't respond if she's NARU. At this point, you should be able to get your fees back and relist the item. Sorry about your problem. I hate when people bid and don't pay. Good luck!

You could request to close your claim via *bay and choose to have your final fee back been refunded.

Yup...if she doesn't respond to the request it will give you your fees back in about a week.

You can file an umpaid item dispute now and close it - select member is no longer registered. You get the credit and can relist right away.

When you filed if she was NLRU then it should have automatically given you back the money. Call eBay and find out why the case is still open.
