Ferragamo watch on hautelook

Are the watches sold on HauteLook authentic? I purchased a Ferragamo F-80 watch. The watch is too big, so I need to get it resized. So when I took it to the Ferragamo boutique, a SA told me that they couldn't do it for me because my warranty card is missing the sticker/label that comes with it.
Is there a way I can get the sticker?

I believe they are authentic. I think it says on the site that they only sell authentic stuff. Have you tried to contact Hautelook?

I've read on other forums that Hautelook is legitimate.
