Just a guess but I know she just came out with her own line of shoes. Maybe the shoes are from Fergie line?

I just noticed Kim Raver from Lipstick Jungle has the same shoes on (I am pretty sure)

Perhaps the show's website might give you a clue - don't they usually credit the designers worn on the show?

While similar, they aren't the same. Kim Raver is wearing Triclo Crisscross d"orsay by Christian Louboutin http://www.neimanmarcus.com/store/c...000141cat000149cat000199cat5130731cat17970748.

The straps on Fergie's are much thicker, and her shoes don't have the red sole.
