Hello,

I bought a second-hand Fendi bag a few months ago. Unfortunately, the press stud recently fell off (see pictures). I then contacted Fendi support and it would cost 90 euros to repair. I think that's quite a lot for the fact that only the top part of the button is missing. Do you have any idea where I could buy something like this?

Thank you and best regards
Michael

I think you should get it repaired through Fendi. The 90 Euros includes shipping costs, and the bag will come back looking like it was intended to look by Fendi. If you get a part that fits but isn't from Fendi, then the button would look different and may even make your bag look fake.

That and if OP has a more serious issue down the road then Fendi could refuse the repair request due to aftermarket parts.

Were you able to get this repaired even though it was bought second-hand? I bought a secondhand peekaboo and the stud backing was not on the bag, but I'm unable to return it.
