I have the mini reissue in black with GHW and I love it. I do think the GHW makes it a little less versatile though, so I'd only wear it as a dinner/going out bag. The Fendi seems like it can be dressed up or down more easily with the SHW and the selleria leather. If you're looking for a versatile bag, I'd go for the Fendi, but if you're looking for a dressier bag, I'd go with the Chanel. Both bags are timeless and beautiful, so you aren't making a mistake either way 
Another thing to note - I'm not sure how tall you are, but the mini reissue doesn't work crossbody on me (5'10 with very long torso, hits just below my ribcage). I haven't tried the Fendi to compare, but figured I'd mention it!
