Fendi authenticity card

I am a new member, though I have been lurking for a while
I'd like to ask the Fendi crew what an authenticity card looks like.
I just bought a second hand (only once-worn !) Fendi zucchino chef bag from a well-know company which hires luxury bags.
The handbag looks ok, good quality, hologram, tags in the lining, etc... but the card I received looks like a label stuck on a black rectangular piece of cardboard with the yellow Fendi mark.
Can you help?
