Felicie pochette snap issues

Hi all! I just bought this pochette used from online and the snap is messed up. Any idea what it would cost to fix it? It’s a poshmark purchase so I don’t have much time to decide

Yeah one of the bars is missing. I collect bags so I noticed immediately. If you see a picture of a normal snap it has two bars in the center. On the lv bag it’s missing one bar, so while it clicks it’s super loose and then randomly pops open.

Darn, it should have 2, yes. Well, I'm afraid they can replace that base part only if they disassemble the body of the bag, which they usually charge a lot for. I'd send it back. If the price was good, maybe this was the reason why.

Yeah that’s exactly what I’m thinking. I emailed poshmark to let them know there’s an issue. I told them unless the seller is will to cover the repair I want to return it. I love the bag it is exactly what I want but a damaged snap is a deal breaker

This issue should have been disclosed, imo.

Maybe if you contact an LV store they can give you a repair price (even a ballpark price) so you know what you're dealing with. Worth a try.

I’m just going to return it. I opened a case with poshmark. The strap is not the original felicie strap. The original is 44.5 inches long and this one is only 32! I’m honestly not even sure it’s an authentic strap because the quality isn’t as nice as the pics I see of straps on fashion phile and the hook isn’t closing completely first pic is mine the second the one on fashionphile. I’m appalled this passed authentication. I’ll be purchasing via eBay from now on.
