Felicie Pochette Emp Noir or Multi Pochette Accessoires Emp Noir?

Hello everyone!
I have finally decided to dip my toes in and get my first LV handbag. So, at first I decided to start with a wallet on chain and purchased the Felicie Pochette in black empreinte leather from LV before it had a small price increase. Yay! The bag is adorable and will probably fit the bill for a wallet that will hold essentials only (either on the chain or going into a larger bag). That is also a con too, because it is limited because of how small it is. Then I saw the Multi Pochette Accessoires in black empreinte leather and thought that might be a better choice because of its versatility - can use it all together, separately as a wallet on chain, have a bigger bag option too, etc etc. My hesitation is, is it too trendy? And also the price gives me pause - I decided this after the price increase, and there is a thread on here calling it the "scam bag" for a reason! I found one pre-loved in excellent condition at the old price so that makes it a little better... Please let me know your thoughts!

I love both, but I ended up getting the Felicie in the black empreinte. I agree that the multipochette is soooo cute, I missed out because the price increase. I ordered a strap with leather and chain for my Felicie. I will post pics when I get it.

So about a year or so ago I got the felicie empreinte noir because it was love at first sight. I haven’t worn it yet though due to COVID. Then the empreinte multi pochette came out and my heart melted. The leather and chain woven strap is gorgeous. I decided that I was going to get that and then give my mom the felicie since there was no need for both. But when I was showing my mom both bags I was like hmmmm...idk if I want to part with my felicie. They’re very similar but do have some differences, so that is my current dilemma.

I personally won’t be wearing the multi pochette together, I’m just not a fan of the look (for now at least). But I love that you can take the pieces apart and mix and match depending on your needs.

I purchased both bags this year to see in person and I have to say I love the mpa in black. It fits so much more but not a whole lot but enough for my everyday essentials. And the chain strap is gorgeous. I didn’t think much of it online but in person it’s really nice. I love the option how this can be an evening bag and kind of low key no in your face logos. I have the mpa in mono and I use that as my everyday bag. I usually don’t like to repeat the same style bag in a different color but this was an exception! With the Felicie, I was able to fit my pro max with case, lipstick, bath and body small hand sanitizer and a card holder (with a cles too I think).

Thanks so much for your insight! I understand completely. I thought about giving the Felicie to my sister but she likes bigger bags that you can stuff lots into so I'm back wondering what to do. I'm leaning towards the MPA just because I'm not sure how much use I'll get out of the Felicie. Sounds like your Felicie will get a good home and be loved no matter where she goes!

I think you have clinched it! I just keep thinking about all the ways I can use the MPA so think I'm gonna go for it. You are so right, in person I was really won over. While I wish I could just keep both, I'm already thinking about what my next bag could be...I'm looking at you alma bb lol!! Hi, it fits a lot more than I would have thought!
I can put my iPhone 11, a mini pochette or Chanel O case, and my key pouch. You can also use the tiny back pocket for a key or two or your mask. I also bought an additional gold chain strap so it can be handheld
If you search on YouTube you can see a lady with hers, and she shows all it fits and modeling shots!

Ok, I love that. That chain is such a great choice! Perfect length and looks great on your arm. The way you've styled it definitely puts this bag on my radar seeing how it can be dressed up for a night out or use it for a more casual bag for quick errands. Oh why can't I have them all??
