I always feel tired and blah in February. I slept until 10 day-I couldn't believe it. I never sleep that late. I cannot wait for spring!

Yep, I feel that way a lot! Sometimes I'm able to push myself through the workout, sometimes not.....I try not to freak out about it.
Hey girl. Are you talking about being tired while exercising or all the time? Feeling near collapse a lot usually is an indication that something is off. I hope you're OK my friend. I have something else going on.
