Feeling so disappointed.. received my third dented Felicie Pochette

I am just shocked. I have received 3 Felicies, and all of them have arrived with gigantic dents. Had this one shipped to the store this time, and it is even worse..

When I speak with customer service, they say this is very rare but at this point, just feeling super upset. I guess I will just order another bag or from another brand.

This is extra disappointing because it was supposed to be my first LV and my luxury bag in general.

For a luxury brand, I’m just so shocked in the quality control.

I have seen canvas Felicies with no dents so it’s def not normal..

My second one was a lot better but there was still a visible dent in it.

If you picked it up from the store, did you open it then and there to inspect? what did your SA say?

I’m in Ontario, Canada and our stores are still closed. I picked up via curbside so I didn’t unbox it until I got home.

So sorry for your experience, especially for your first LV. I think the first one wasn't so bad; I think if you put some inserts in it to keep its shape it would have been a little better.
The 3rd one though is really rough! Hope you can find another bag that will make you happy.

Sorry to hear of your experience. I think I would have been happy with the first one and let it settle in with some stuffing over time. The second, I maaaaybe could have lived with, if it was the only one, but the third one looks like it was stored with something sitting on it. Would you consider the Empreinte version of Felicie? I wouldn't blame you if you moved away from LV though.

It’s been really disappointing.. I did try stuffing them but it didn’t do much the dents were still visible.. Thank you!!

Thank you. I tried stuffing them for a few days, and it didn’t help I am considering the Vernis one in Amaranth, or Bicolor Empreinte, or a DE Alma BB. Or another brand.

Goodness gracious ! What have they been doing to those poor Felicies ?! I honestly would return and if you are still interested, wait another three weeks (fingers crossed June 14 we start reopening stores!) to go to the the actual store to pick one up.

I called all of the stores in Toronto, and they have no stock of Felicie in Monogram every store told me they cannot do wait lists for it, but the Holt Renfrew Bloor location told me there’s already 10 people on the list so they can’t add me

I have had Alma BB in DE for about 4 years or so and it’s a lovely bag. Its rigid and you have to pack it a certain way to avoid zipper waving, but it’s a full bag and it looks lovely with or without strap (options ). Even 4 yrs ago I had to purchase it twice - first one had an uneven bottom leather strip that was quite noticeable on such a geometric DE pattern so I had to get another one and so far so good. I honestly feel buying sight unseen is no longer for me these days .

Its rigid and you have to pack it a certain way to avoid zipper waving, but it’s a full bag and it looks lovely with or without strap (options ). It’s gorgeous!! Has it held up well over time? Client services and concierge offered to order it for me, but after my Felicie nightmare, I will be buying in store!

It held up nicely! I cannot claim it looks brand new (let’s be honest - nothing looks brand new if you use it ), but if you don’t overstuff it, it should be fine. Metal feet got some wear and so did the zipper, but overall it’s in a VERY good condition. If you choose to order it through concierge or client services, I would consider an option of shipping it to your local store for a pick up. This way you can come into the store, inspect it and (if need be) return it on spot.

That’s amazing! I love that it’s super structured and it seems very durable. Hopefully we open up soon, so I can do that LOL yes I need a backup plan

Silver lining: they are getting better and better. By the 10th Felicie, it will be flawless. Anyway, I am very sorry, this is an awful experience. But the Felicie is a great choice, and amazing timeless bag, very versatile. If you are also open to get a leather version instead, that will surely be different. My all time favourite is the Épi Felicie, but you cannot go wrong with any of them.

Can you imagine I have given up after 3. It’s a beautiful bag. I’m thinking of getting the next item on my wishlist, an Alma BB in DE. The Felicie in Empreinte and Bicolor Empreinte are pretty too
