Dear ladies, I have in mind to get a Chanel J12 as my next watch (I can sense hubby's disapproval with this statement. :p).

For those who have the J12, which colour do you have? Do you regret buying it, considering the same amount of money can get you a rolex or omega? What do you like about the J12?

For those who bought the J12 and then sold it, I would love to hear from you too.

I have both black and a white one. I love them. Right now I'm wearing the black because it's cold and snowing here in NJ when spring/summer rolls around I'll wear the white. I'm not a fan of Rolex reminds me to much of a mans watch but that is just my opinion. I have automatic which is supposed to keep better time only problem is unless you wear it everyday or have a watch winder it will stop working and you will have to re-set the time consistently.

I am eyeing the black one with diamond markers. Too classy and elegant! Great for work or dinners. :love:

I have the black one, 38mm with diamond markers and still love it, so much more than my Cartier because I don't really have to be careful with it, whereas my Cartier, I need to baby it a little more because it scratches easily.
I bought it in 2009 :-)

Here is my white J12/diamond bezel...love it! They wear like iron, no scratching, so you can layer with bracelets.
If I had the money I would buy a black one!!!

Ladies with automatic J12... can you advise if you use any watch winder for your J12 and brands? I do not like to wear any jewelry or watch at home so wonder if I should get a watch winder for my new J12... TIA!

I have the plain black one, no diamond markers. I love it but I will say it is extremely understated. I got black because I had two white watches, not in the same class as the J12 but still. If I had it to do over again I think I would still get black but maybe get diamond markers. When I got mine it was a spur of the moment purchase. I don't regret it, and I wear my J12 probably the most of all my watches. It just depends on what you want, I think between the black and the white, I wouldn't mind the white with no diamonds but I would like that little sparkle on the black. But as I said I do wear mine a lot. Depends on what you want. Just FYI I do wear my white one's in the winter too and I'm in the snowy northeast. I think these days you can wear what you want whenever and sometimes white is a nice pick me up on a cold snowy day, with the right outfit.
