FedEx Possibly Lost My Bag!!!

Ugh, I just want to vent. I saw an adorable Marmont Matelassé woc in a soft pink on Rue La La during their last sale. I first tried to find it on other sites given what I had read about Rue possibly selling fake bags. But since I was unable to find it anywhere and Rue had it, I decided to order it. After waiting for it for over a week, and calling FedEx repeatedly for it, they finally today said that it has never actually left the local FedEx hub and they are not sure where it is. Thankfully Rue La La is also taking care of it on their end. I just have to wait and see if FedEx actually finds it or Rue La La refunds me if they cannot. I'm so disappointed since I had been looking for this color for a while. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that it turns up. Has anyone had any missing items turn up from FedEx?

I haven't had any experience with items missing from FedEx but I did with DHL, my mama bought me some floor speakers for Christmas and everyone knew from the box and they made it to one state and the tracking information literally stopped. They made us provide the sales receipts and refunded my mama the money for the speaker minus the shipping fees she spent for nothing. Good luck and I hope your purse turns up, I'm always waiting for a new purse like Christmas morning.

Glad your mom got refunded the money. I’m suspecting someone may have stolen my package. It’s so weird that I’ve never had issues with things not arriving before. I hope someone didn’t steal it. ;(

I had a package from UPS that said “delivered, left on doorstep” when it was supposed to be signature required. This is not the first occasion they have not delivered a bag/package/jewelry. They have forged my signature on at least 3 occasions, saying they left it on my porch. Once they accidentally left my packages on a neighbor’s doorstep. Do you think I will have trouble getting my money refunded?

I’m so sorry that happened to you. It’s so awful that we trust them to deliver things and they do not follow through. The package I have coming doesn’t have signature requirement on it according to FedEx. Rue la la said they would refund me if they couldn’t replace it. I was already a little weary of ordering from them as I actually stumbled on this forum after doing some research if they sold authentic items. I will probably not be buying hand bags from Rue anymore in the future.

Some people are struggling so that's when crime increases including theft so I think an employees stole it, it sounds like you should be able to request a refund now.

I’m glad you got your package. That’s so nerve wrecking when you don’t get any updates. I still have some hope but since the package didn’t even get an update today, I’m thinking it’s gone. ;(
