favourite purse in a certain price category?

200-600 probably something by Michael Kors
700-1000 LV Speedy
1000-1500 I'd have trouble making myself pay this much for one purse, I'd probably still get the Speedy and a wallet to go with it

$200-600 : would probably go with an alexander wang on sale
$700-$1000 balenciaga city or work on ebay
$1000-$1500: celine or
Givenchy
Givenchy goes on sale while celine you can get at departement feminin minus the VAt
Good luck

$200-600: longchamp, mz wallace and rebecca minkoff
$600-1000: LV (after couple of price increase it's mostly accessories in this range)
$1000-1500: LV

200-600 Longchamp Roseau (just got this one in my hands 2 days ago, yay!), Longchamp Balzane crossbody, Lumi Supermarket XXL in Wine or something by Coach - probably a Bleecker Legacy Business Tote

600-1 000 Chanel wallet, preloved Balenciaga City bag or Lumi Supermarket XXL in RAW+ leather

1 000-1 500 this category is just wishful thinking for me right now, but probably Mulberry Bayswater or Effie Hobo

seriously loved that you linked everything <3 you're amazing
and congrats on the new bag! it's gorgeous!

200 - 600 Coach, MK, Kate Spade, Henri Bendel, Longchamp, Brighton
700 - 1000 not much in this category, maybe Gucci on sale, LV wallet
1000 - 1500 Versace Vanitas on sale - this is my dream bag
I'm adding another category as long as I'm dreaming
4000 - 5000 Lady Dior, stingray Chanel flap, which sold out last year but I hope they make again

$200-$600 - I feel like my fave lower price point purses are sub-200, like Longchamp or Vera Bradley. I have two sentimental Kate Spades & a leather Coach that were gifted to me that probably fall into this range but if I was spending my own dollars I would save up for something else
$700-$1000 - LV Speedy / Neverfull
$1000-$1500 - if it were 6 mos ago I'd say Bal City but with today's prices I'll revise that to a mint preloved Bal City ❤

Aaww thanks sweetie  I just try to do that every time, saves you from having to google a gazillion bags in threads like this etc. I am enjoying my new Longchamp immensely, she's quickly becoming the favorite of all my bags! A total winner and so pretty I get happy just seeing her. :hbeat:

Haha, I love the feeling when you get so happy just to see a bag :)
Does she carry a lot of stuff?
Is she a work bag?

Great thread, but i feel like the prices need to be readjusted a bit...with inflation having its way these days at MSRP but i'll give it a go at your range.

$200-$600: MBMJ Hillier/Lil Ukita, Longchamp le Pliage cuir (leather), Rebecca Minkoff MAC
$700-$900: Chloe small marcie, Louis Vuitton Eva
$1000-$1500: Balenciaga Mini City, Mulberry Mini Alexa, Givenchy Antigona Envelope Clutch, Balenciaga Envelop Clutch

$1500-$2000: Balenciaga City, Chloe Mini Paraty, Givenchy Antigona

Oohh I get jitters when I pick her up! Still so exciting and lovely :hbeat:
She can hold a ton of stuff - today I loaded her up only a little over halfway and I had a wallet, agenda, Longchamp LP pouch crammed full of things, 500 ml water bottle, sunnies, small jar of Body Shop body butter, key pouch, umbrella, phone, A5 notebook, scarf and a handful of loose small items (bus card etc). She could take my 10 inch tablet and f.e. a pair of gloves as well and still not be stuffed full. Definitely a Tardis bag, not something I'd carry to work (commuting, crazy weather, weird people around my workplace etc) but for free time & travel, she'll be just perfect! If I switch jobs and move towards office work, then she'll probably become my workhorse bag.
A coworker has the same bag in the 34 cm size, she told me she's had it for almost 3 yrs and she hasn't babied the bag at all. It still looks like new, very little slouch and almost no scratches and marks. The leather is super shiny but also veeery durable so I don't have to worry too much...I'll still be bringing a dustbag with me every time I travel with Roseau since I don't want to put it on the bus/train floor without any kind of cover. :smile1:
