I have the recipe for that somewhere. I'll ask my Mom when I see her tomorrow and I'll post it for ya Hun!

My Daddy is full Thai, and my Mommy partly. So I looooove just about everything. ESP. desserts!

Mangos with sticky rice.(made last month!)
Coconut custard. (made last night!)
Fried Banana with coconut ice cream.
Yuuuum! I'll add more as I think of it.


BUT what's better than Thai food, is Lao food. Similar in taste but Lao food has a lot more herbs and spice. Not as much sweetness/coconut flavor like the Thais emphasis on. Really good.

I've been wanting like a tPF meet, potluck style with all kinds of different ethnic foods. Wouldn't that be yum?!

I love Thai food, and when I go to Thailand I always end up stuffing my face with it: if I had to choose off the top of my head I'd say Chicken Satay.

OMG I loooooooove Lao food. I have a lot of Lao friends and their moms are the best cooks I know.
