I have been carrying a Longchamp Le Pliage for awhile now. I love it becuse I can fit so much in it and it is SO comfortable to carry!
I have had the urge to get something new though and looking for suggestions.
I carry a lot of stuff so nothing small.
Preferably a shoulder bag, I am not a huge fan of crossbody for every day.
And if its cute / stylish....well that would be great!
So please tell me what your favorites are!
Thx :)

A lot of people like the Coach nomad. I don't know if it would be big enough for you, but it's really comfortable and beautiful. Leather lined and not super expensive, and on sale sometimes.

I don't carry a large bag. Right now, I'm carrying a Balenciaga First and Love it. Maybe one of their Papier. Of corse, you can always go with an LV Neverfull.

I love larger shoulder / tote bags as well, especially for work cos I carry around quite a bit of stuff. The Rebecca Minkoff Nikki Hobo fits a ton and is really nice (but it does get a little heavy because of their signature clasps on the sides). The Balenciaga Day is another hobo option (I am partial to hobos), and weighs next to nothing which is awesome.

Otherwise, I also carry the Marc by Marc Jacobs Too Hot to Handle Tote. It fits A4 and is pretty roomy. Also a simple classic design IMHO.

Personally I could never go for the Neverfull or the St Louis GM because of the thin straps - they cut into my shoulder and start to get really painful if you are going to be walking around a lot.

I am a huge LV fan so I would say LV Metis hobo, but I also just purchased a leather classic tote from Cuyana. It is amazing!! It is only $150 and can be monogrammed for $10. Gorgeous soft leather and a variety of colors. I am actually finding myself going to it over my LVs. It's a little bigger than my LE pliage, but it's a soft leather so it's not overwhelming.

I went & googled this lol what a nice bag! and made in the US? ... can't loose.. fantastic price point and colors.

I LOVE Le Pliage in all sizes and styles! I have one Cuir and the rest are nylon. So good to carry for work and play. I also like my Longchamp Roseau, Lumi Supermarket bags and Modalu Pippa Brogue which fill every need when it comes to large-ish everyday bags.

If pushed to pick a favorite, I really couldn't choose - Roseau is probably my favorite when it comes to sleek and luxurious business appropriate bags. It works for all occasions, fits a ton and is easy to combine with outfits. Then again, Pippa is a fun style and easy to keep organized. And Supermarket bags are both roomy, durable and colorful. So go pick a favorite when you've got so many lovely things to choose from!

In the unlikely case of me ending up with a lot of extra money, I'd probably get me a Lumi Supermarket XXL size in the RAW+ leather, Longchamp Pénélope or a Mulberry Kensington.

The Fendi monster tote is fun. It has lots of internal space and a zip top for security.

I saw a woman carrying that the other day, it looked great.

I like the Gucci Bloom reversible Tote but they also do them in other colours if it's too 'floral' for this time of year

Below is the 38cm but it comes in a smaller or a larger version

My favorite large-ish bags:

Bottega Veneta cervo baseball hobo - nice leather, light and yet sturdy, fit right under the arm

Bottega Veneta Rete Tote - nice leather, fit under the arm, the sides can be tucked in and secured with the hook thingy and turns into a smaller, more secured tote

Celine phantom cabas - sturdy, nice leather, light weight, long shoulder straps which make it very comfy to carry even with a winter coat

And of course the Longchamp tote.

Not sure about your price range, but the bags I carry most often for work are the Proenza Schouler PS1, Mulberry Alexa, and Celine Edge. The PS1 and Alexa come in different sizes.

If you're up for hunting older/vintage styles, I got a great deal on a pre-loved YSL Lover bag and it is gorgeous and holds a ton. Mine is patent leather and is my go-to for rainy days.
