I'll add *Rudy* because it takes place on Notre Dame's campus in the fall. It's so beautiful--college football is autumn for me.

October - Practical Magic
November - Hannah and Her Sisters
December - Home Alone, The Family Stone and It happened One Christmas (they redid It's a Wonderful Life with Marlo Thomas as the lead character).

I don't watch movies like this at any other time of year.

Nightmare Before Christmas. I try and convince my family that it's both a Halloween and Christmas movie and milk it all the way through December.
