I'm both big and small. I prefer Dior clutches to kelly clutch 25 for night-out.

Constance, 25cm Kellys are adorable. Not too small (a bit useless, IMHO) like the 15cm and 20cm mini Kellys, and perfect for dressy evenings! I think exotics look most discreet in smaller bags, not so "in your face".

what are your thoughts regarding a 25cm kelly (exotic skin)?

I would love one in the very small size 15cm(?). I saw a classy lady shopping on 5th Avenue with a cognac brown mini Kelly in that size. It was a real eyecatcher. This was before I knew what Hermes was. I thought "that is so tiny it looks odd!" But I couldn't keep my eyes off it, and I always remembered it (going on 20yrs!) It came with the regular handle, and she wore it across her shoulder with the strap. I bet all she needed was a place to carry her charge cards, keys and compact/lipstick.
