Faulty Alexa :(

First of all- I haven't been on here for AGES and I've missed it!

Second- My Mini leopard patent oversized Alexa arrived from Net-a-Porter today (bday gift from the boy) and the clasp broke. Words cannot describe my sadness! I had only been carrying the bag for an hour and...... PING!!!! the clasp falls off! :cry:

I've contacted Net-a-Porter and they will hopefully come and pick up the bag tomorrow and have a new one sent out to me next week....


Has anyone else had this issue?

Oh, never heard about that happening to an Alexa before . Such bad luck! You must be so disappointed, but hopefully they will sort it out for you quickly.

So sorry! You must be gutted. No, I haven't had this happen or heard of it before. Hopefully it won't be long until you have a lovely new one to replace it.
