Fashionphile has given me a quote of $1,200 for my yellow gold love hoop earrings, small model. I bought them in 2019. The current retail price is $2,080. So the quote is about 60% of retail price. What do you think? I guess it might be the most I could get at the current market?

I actually think that is a decent price. Keep in mind, they typically give you 65% of what they will sell them for…which means if you sell them yourself, you can get close(ish) to retail
They offer less than what you'd get if you sold it on your own and what they sell it for. Tbh I don't see the point of selling to FP other than convenience of getting paid up front and not having to deal with the buyers.
The resale market is oversaturated at the moment. Hard to sell anything.
That seems really low to me, but then again, I sold my small JUC bracelet about 8 months ago for $1,800 to Fashionphile. I think I paid over $3k for them brand new from Cartier. So I guess that's pretty low considering what I paid. I didn't realize the Love earrings sell for that direct from Cartier. I want them so bad, but every time I find a pair that works on FP, they sell quickly. I want to put them on layaway so I can pay them in increments. But I guess I could always save up for them and just buy them direct from Cartier instead.
Those earrings have gone up a bit in recent years. Do you have the certificate and box? That will factor in. I believe they track prices and their offer reflects age as well. If you had purchased this year, they might offer more.
Yes I have all. I bought them at $1,770 before tax. So the offer is about 2/3 of the price back then (2019). Just submitted my JUC request, hopefully the quote wouldn’t be too low
Fashionphile also quoted me $3,700 for my regular plain yg JUC bracelet! I panicked after receiving the offer and ended up listed it very low at $4,350 and sold it immediately
. After the sale I received higher offfers from other private buyers and also $5,500 from Rebag. Wish I was calmer before listing it immediately at this low price
