Fashionphile Discount Question

Hi!
I have seen fashionphile offer an additional 10% off with a code periodically. Does anyone know if they do this on a predictable schedule or is it totally random?

It's rare. I think when they want to purge some of their inventory, they do the code. I haven't seen one since last year, and I buy/sell regularly there.
