Anyone use this service?? I submitted some bags over a week ago and heard nothing. Beginning to think the site isn’t monitored…

I submitted photos for a quote on a Prada re-edition bag on 01/29 in the morning and heard back by end of day; the offer was about 25% of the list price of the same bag listed with "second life" in the description, so I passed.
