Hey ladies! Summer is sadly ending, but that just means PUMPKIN, SQAUSH & APPLE PIE.

Not going to lie, I don't like any of the things I just posted, but my husband does. So I just cook and keep my mouth shut. ;) But I love cooking!

So I thought that people could share their favourite fall recipes. :smile:

Roasted Apples.

I tend to use Golden Delicious apples, but any will do. Though, the larger the apple the better in my opinion.

With a paring knife, cut out the apple core but be careful to not cut out the bottom. Next sprinkle some brown sugar, cinnamon, and a bit of salt in the newly carved out section. Place in a pyrex dish and into a 325 oven for about 20min or until a knife blade easily punctures through the skin of the apple.
Next, let it cool for a few minutes and serve with a scoop of vanilla.
