Fake?

A coworker bought a jacquard crossbody from someone on facebook. It is about 9 in across. I don't have it, or pix, but her concern is there is no creed inside. I know my little bags and eve cosmetic bags have the creed. Do some bags not?? Thank you

Even if it had the creed, that still doesn't guarantee it's real. If she is concerned, she is welcome to post pics to our authentication thread.

I know the creed doesn't prove authenticity, but what I wondered, do authentic bags always have a creed?? In other words, is the fact that it's lacing a creed mean it's fake. Thanks,

No. It depends on the bag. Smaller bags and swingpacks often don't have creeds. We can't authenticate without pictures of the bag. Only rarely do cosmetic bags have creeds.
