Fake or Real, can you help me?

I received this bag as a gift from my local Buy Nothing group. I like the bag is heavy and in good condition, smells like it has been stored for a long time. When I checked the tags, I realized it was a Coach, but I am not sure if it is real or fake. Can you help me find out?
