I guess they can't get in trouble because it is not using the MK logo and trying to parade as a Michael Kors, if you really want to get technical the Hamilton style is greatly borrowed from Hermes...I'm not shocked. These bags are everywhere. I saw an assortment of colors in Kohls....
It's actually perfectly legal for them to make it almost identical. NOTE: ALMOST identical. As long as there are a few tiny differences, it's legal. Unfortunately.

Does this site look legit? Is this MK grayson authentic? It clearly states the condition of the bag in the photos.(scratches)

I find it quite amuzing actually, to watch ladies prancing around with their fakes as if they were genuine MK ' s. I wonder if they know that they're fake? It's sooo obvious when you know the diffence. I've mainly seen fake Jet Sets while I've been on vacation in Denmark. I would never wear a fake bag.
