Fake even when Code on Chip matches receipt?

Hi..

I am a little bit paranoid. Bought a Chanel CF from IG. Got the original receipt and the Code on the receipt matches the one on the chip Inside the bag. The bag itself looks Perfect.. but.. could it still be fake? Like a person bought the original one and than let it be copied and sells with the original receipt?
Could this happen? Has this happened before? Or am I a over worrying?
