Fake bag from neiman Marcus! What to do?

I recently ordered a Bottega Andaomo small tote. Fed ex delivered and I returned to my local NM bc it was stiff and too small. Never did I imagine it was a FAKE!! The NM refunded me as they didn't't notice any issues. But, they later reversed my refund. The Bag the shipped me from the Neiman Marcis Dallas Pinnacle Distribution Center was a Counterfeit bag. My Bank is handling the claim but it has been very upsetting. I Will never buy another Designer Item from them again.

I’m confused - what was the reason given for the reversal? What did Neimans say? Feels like we are missing a lot of info here

My experience with Neiman Marcus customer service has been excellent in the past. I am sorry you had a fake, but I would like to hear more details. Were the original tags still on the bag?
