  1. Well, some of you may have been following my spy saga...but I'm glad to say that it came to an end today. I talked to the regional manager of Fendi and he said that he wants to keep me as a customer so he'll make an exception and give me a full refund. I don't know why this couldnt have been done earlier before all this BS had to happen. Glad its over though:amuse:

    So my faith in Fendi is almost restored, it'll be fully restored once I buy a bag from them that is not terribly flawed:idea:

  15. That's good to hear. It's just disappointing that you had to work your way up the Fendi chain of management until you finally found someone who could do such a thing.
