I have a saffiano tote, purchased a couple months ago. Hasn't been heavily used, I'd say maybe about 10 days in total by now. I noticed today that the zipper heads (where the zipper pull is attached) is starting to look very faded and scratched. Is this normal? I didn't realize the zippers were gold plated, and assumed they were more durable than that!
