Eye-lengthening surgery that flicks upwards (cat-eye), not downwards?

Hi ladies! I’m interested in getting a lateral epicanthoplasty and maybe a mini brow lift to add more space between my brow and eyes. The trouble is that my eyes already slope downwards at the end (its just the shape, not due to age). I’d like to find a procedure that can result in the eye that turns a bit upwards at the end, instead of dowbwards. But I heard lateral epicanthoplasties open and lengthen the eye slightly downwards.

can anyone think of a solution to this conundrum?

Korea does prioritise the puppy eye over the cat or fox eye trend. I believe Premiere Clinic had listed a bunch of eye surgeries they do, including one that gives an uplifted effect, but there's very little info out on them. If no one else replies with info, I might go looking around again and post info here

I am also interested in a lateral canthopexy/cabthoplasty for more fox shapes eyes. Has anyone had success in finding good clinics or doctors for this eye shape?
