Hello! I purchased a pair of Gucci Ace sneakers for my sister for Christmas. I purchased them on a stellar sale from a reputable sellers site.Unfortunately, they did not come with extra shoe laces. I believe authentic Gucci sneakers come with the extra set of shoelaces correct? I reached out that to them and they offered me a $20 discount since they cannot verify if the shoelaces are missing, or not. I think that is fair, but not sure where I can buy the extra set of shoelaces? If I can provide proof to Gucci, that I bought these from a reputable seller, do you think they will sell me an extra pair of? I do not live near a boutique to go in and ask.
