Experiences w/ Real Deal Collection?

Howdy all-
I was wondering if anyone could please share with me details of their experiences with the Real Deal Collection?
Before I make a good size purchase from them, I'd like to know any and all info I can get on them, positive or negative.

I have purchased from the before. There was a Prada saffiano lux tote cited to be in excellent condition but when I got it, there was significant rubbing on the handles and the stitching was unraveling to the point where the handles were falling apart. I contacted them and they apologized and issued a full refund. No issues from my end except for my surprise at the condition of the bag.

Yes, I've purchased Balenciaga from RDC. The bags came in the condition they were described (pristine). I'm surprised that fashion16 had the experience she did (in the post above)—they include so many photographs in their listings that that shouldn't have happened.

There are many threads about RDC on tPF and I don't think I've seen anyone have a bad experience with them or Corey
