I’ve searched the forum and haven’t seen much discussion on the online consignment store Couture USA. (It looks they also have a brick and mortar consignment shop in Tampa, FL.) The quote this website offered me (consignment, no direct buy option) was far higher than what I received elsewhere, but having never worked with them before, I’d love to hear others’ experiences (good and bad) selling or consigning with them before I decide to go with them. I have both bought and sold to Couture USA and they are the best!!!! They will call you when they receive your item and let you know when payment is being mailed. I have called with questions regarding condition of a bag and they always help check it while I am on the phone....they respond to emails quickly....I absolutely recommend them for both buying and selling......

I have used their buy out option. Their customer service is great, they are very responsive to any questions and quick to make payment.

While I know this is an older thread, I can say that consigning with them in the past has been pleasant and their quotes were always much higher than those of Yoogi's or Fashionphile.
I had previously sold many items to Couture Usa. The best thing I loved about them was their transparency. They used to give quotes in which they also stated their target selling price and offered a pre determined % of it. Lately they just give quotes without stating their target selling price and extremely low quotes. They offered 100 usd for my Louis vuitton Bellevue bag!! I was shocked. Sorry but I do not recommend them any more. Fashionphile or yoogies are the best choice in terms of payments..
