I just ordered a triomphe bag as I don’t live near a Celine boutique and didn’t realize that it takes the online boutique “5-7 business days to process orders” before it ships. I find that oddly long to process an order, and when I called customer service to see if I could have a more specific shipping window, first off, the customer service number just hangs up on you if you’ve been on hold for maybe 3 minutes, which is crazy, and secondly, when I did get to a representative, she first said sarcastically that I would be notified via email and didn’t need to call customer service, then audibly laughed at me for asking when my order would ship because “it was purchased yesterday.” Really off putting service when their bags are priced in the $3,000-4,000s+ with continued price increases.

If I hear nothing by tomorrow I may cancel and order through a department store SA. So odd.
