Im thinking about placing a large order but I am a bit hesitant because i haven't heard much about the company. I know they are partnered with amazon but i'd like feedback from you gals.

I have shopped with zappos, i am very confident with them I love the great customer service and easy returns. is endless just as good if not better than zappos?

TIA

Endless is owned by Amazon, originally created to compete with Zappos. Of course, Amazon owns Zappos too now.

IIRC the shoes come in an Amazon box. I've purchased and returned items there without any problem.

Someone posted a tip earlier, to check the pricing on Endless and Amazon. Sometimes it's actually cheaper on Amazon. Endless, however, has free shipping and returns, so if you're not sure, go with Endless over Amazon.

i too, have ordered countless items from endless and swear by them. their prices are generally the lowest out there, they ship in one day, and returns are hassle free. FANTASTIC site!

I have had good experience with Endless. But I will say this for Zappos, the returns are done via UPS, so there is tracking. Endless returns, like Amazon returns, go through USPS with no tracking. This is on Endless' website: "Unfortunately, Endless.com can not be responsible for returns packages lost in transit." Last time I sent back something relatively expensive, I didn't want to take the chance. So I paid to have the item shipped back via UPS.

I really like shopping at endless. It's really fast shipping, never any hassles with returns. It's now 25% with bing but a few days ago, it was 30% and I went crazy buying shoes there.

go to bing.com
click on shopping
at the search, type endless
at the right of the results, you'll see endless.com as a sponsored site with the cashback logo
click on that one and it'll take you to endless.com where you'll get cashback for whatever you buy there

Use bing.com for every search and see what other cashback deals you can get.

However, as many others have noted, sometimes the same shoes are cheaper on amazon but check both and factor in the cashback.

Good luck.

^I did that. Did that EXACTLY and they said nope.
They said even though I clicked thru BING, my specific item did not have the special "bing seal' or some BS on it so they refused to credit me.
I'm still SO mad!!! This was just this past week.

OK, since it's free returns, just return the ones you got, and try it again through bing. I hope it works out for you, the deal is just too good to pass up. Good luck.
