Just wanted to ask a question, my friend is in that area and decided to check on some items for me - yes she is a great friend
anyhoo, we we conversing over the phone and the SA in Foley was very helpful even talking to me over the phone but there was nothing that peeked my interest - so she went to this morning to Destin to see if that outlet had the items that I was looking for and the SA's there were rude - yes I called to ask prior to my friend getting there and they were clueless and non-responsive. While she was there in Destin (I was on the phone telling her what to say and ask) they didn't even acknowledge her until finally an associate came up to her and asked if she needed anything. Needless to say I told her to thank her and to get her name because I had witnessed myself first hand how rude the SA's were - I have read this from everyone but never had I experienced. I am in GA and the SA are great to me and unfornately my GF is not a coach expert - lover of coach but not expert - I usually tell her what to get hahahaha
Anyway, she did get me a grey legacy patent french wallet and hampton slim envelope wallet in navy I think - will post upon her return.
Would I be wrong to write a letter - she asked me if they were on commission and I told her no - but o make sure that she let the nice SA know and ring her or give her credit it possible. Thoughts....
