Exotics. People still use they bags ?

Your question is rather vague, what specifically do you want to know? Are you talking about genuine snakeskin or embossed, printed leather made to look like snakeskin? Coach offers both of these materials on different bags. Have you done a search on this forum?

I'm guessing the Sophia snake skin bags the ones that sold for $698 it says embossed snake skin and yes I searched the forum my question is. Are people using them and how are they holding up

I have one genuine Coach snakeskin (karung not python) bag that I love and it has worn well. I have read that there were problems with some of the older embossed leather python-look bags because the scales would lift and peel. I haven't heard of problems with the newer embossed printed leather snake patterned bags but I don't have one myself so I can't say for sure. Some of the new Rogue bags have genuine snakeskin handles and trim and they look beautiful but I haven't heard how they wear.

Those are older bags (nothing wrong with that, I have lots of older Coach bags and I love them!) I have read TPF reports about the scales lifting and peeling for both of those bags while others have stated that they didn't have any problems. It may have to do with how much you wear the bag and if you carry it over your shoulder or as a satchel.

I have seen those bags at the outlet with peeling and lifting and I passed on them - but I don't know if they had a hard life before they got to the outlet - like a showroom display bag.

I don't like the idea of peeling, lifting scales, so I wouldn't risk getting one of those older, embossed python bags unless it was a real bargain - but even then I would treat it rather delicately.

But I don't have any actual experience with these embossed python bags so hopefully others will tell you how well their bags have worn.

BTW, I think that Coach usually uses the term "exotics" to indicate genuine exotic leathers. You might get a better response to your question if you asked "How Have Your Python Lindsay and Sophia Bags Held Up?"

Sounds good, I would also periodically use a light leather conditioner like Lexol to keep the leather from drying and lifting.

[emoji8][emoji8]. I think Coach is a great bag line. Not so good in June less than 10 min away a new premium outlet is opening. Coach will be there. [emoji56][emoji56]

I still have a Sophia in python embossed leather. It has held up well, however, I also don't use it on a regular basis. I have used it for over a week straight and no issues with scales lifting. Mine is made from some sort of delicate, sueded leather, but not actual suede, so I cannot use any cleaners/moisturizers on it.

I have several genuine exotic leathers bags mostly snake.. I find that they are easy to care for and beautiful.

The most important thing wear infrequently and do not wear to parks or beaches if you going to be out doors there because the dirt and sand get in the scales and cause issues.

Additional the Sofia style of bag is lovely this bag is very light weight...
