On ebay I see a lot of exotic skin bags (lizard, croc, and mainly Hermes) and some of the sellers state that the item cannot be shipped internationally due to customs restrictions and the US Wildlife dept., yet other sellers do not state this. Does anyone know the scoop on this? Can these items be shipped internationally from the U.S. or to the U.S.?
