So before I had issues with my neige lumineuse PM, and I was trying to get it repaired. Six weeks later, came back and they told me they aren't able to do it. Recently, I found out the bag has the glazing cracking on the sides, so again I took it to the LV store to get it repair. And I was waiting for an estimate, the manager called me they are not going to repair for me instead exchanging for a brand new one. So, here is the before and after pics. And also I got a little something while I was there.
