So, since I bought my Keepall 55 Mon on Wednesday, I can't help thinking I want it in Damier instead. The problem is that I got the heatstamping on the luggage tag. Do you guys think if I offered to buy the luggage tag to use on my Speedy, that they would just stick a blank luggage tag on the Mon bag that I wish to exchange and then let me exchange it for the 55 in Damier? I am not 110% positive that I want to do this, but I wanted opinions on whether this is a stupid idea or if it seems viable? Thoughts?

That's not a bad idea. Save yourself the trip and call the store first to see if they will do it. Some boutiques are really picky and strict with returns and exchanges.
