You should be able to return or exchange as long as you have the receipt for purchase. Call Cartier or send an email to ask directly.

Today I went long queue I feel tired wait more than 1 hour after that they only accept exchange every country have diffrent rules must be cartier rules not country rules.

I have never done a return/exchange yet, but I read that if you buy from boutique directly, you can only exchange/get store credit, but online ordering, apparently you can return. HTH.

Hi, just made a purchase recently at the South Coast boutique and on the receipt it says refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days. When I bought a ring from the same boutique 8 years ago, it said exchange or merchandise credit. Not sure if all the boutiques are the same.

I also noticed that they changed return policy in the USA boutiques recently, probably to compete with their online store that offered refund.

How come you expect anything from them? The only place worse than that I personally know would be Paris & Place Vendôme.

Advice - just one example:
1. Germany / Munich
2. Maximilianstraße

Or a second one:
1. Switzerland / Basel
2. Streitgasse

Complete different story. Never ever buy in Paris.

Just FYI, I was able to return the Love Cuff I bought last week for a full refund at the SCP boutique in California.

Could someone else confirm that it’s now possible to return an in-store purchase in-store for a full refund? The website still says that in-store returns are for store credit only….
