Excercising while pregnant

  1. What did you do, or what do you do? I'll be getting a yoga for pregnancy dvd from netflix as my next ...dvd! haha I'm just wondering, what has everyone kept up with? I know it's good to excercise while pregnant because it makes everything easier once the baby has been born to get back into shape.:tup:
  2. I kept exercising into pregnancy as my OB permitted, as I grew I lessened my impact and vigor.
  3. Get some guidance from your OB....IF you are already exercising, than stick w/your regime but as time goes on, you need to monitor your heartrate/body temp and not overextend yourself. IF you are not currently exercising - than speak to your OB about this.
