I pulled out my DE Totally PM this morning and noticed that the piping was peeled back. I was horified, snapped a picture and called CS.
I was told it will be taken in for repair because it was over the 1 month return policy.
I took it to my store, Toronto Yorkdale and my SA called the "leather specialist" to take a look. Apparently it was a known defect and without question the bag was exchanged.
It's bad that the bag was less than 3 months old but happy that the exhange went smoothly.
I know the Yorkdale location gets a bad repore (me included when i first started shopping there). However, I believe developing a relationship with an SA will make each visit enjoyable. Thank you Winnie!

Happy you received excellent service, esp. Yorkdale can be hit or miss! Would you mind sharing your SA info? I've seen her name appear on the recommended list! TIA!!!
