Does anyone have any beginner's tips? Or any books/web recommendations?

No one on my new team is a VBA pro and I'm thinking it might be a good thing for me to finally get my ass in gear and learn because it'll be cool for work.

Any advice/tips would be welcome and appreciated. Thanks!

what industry are you in? what kinds of tasks are you hoping to use VBA for? Most of the resources I've used were industry specific (^(oo)^)v

VBA does have its place, and if a good stepping stone to the .net platforms. Honestly, VBA in Excel is kind of limted. I'd rather pull the data into Access and work from there.
But yeah, like Piggy asked, what will you be using it for?
