i think it's insensitive to call her disgusting. we have no idea why she's this way, it could be disease or addiction. regardless of what it is, the last thing this clearly distressed woman needs is judgment and negativity.

I think it's her pose that isn't very good, with her hands kind of screwed to her thighs, and I guess the veiny arms aren't helping either but maybe she's just strong. Anyway she looks prettier when she is smiling.
