Howdy everyone! I am new here, but not new to Coach. I haven't really been interested in Coach since probably around 2008. I saw a photo of Natalie Dormer carrying an Ace Satchel and fell hard for it. I am kind of a sucker for bags that look like doctor's bags. This bag has a tale too. I bought it during Bloomingdale's Friends and Family sale and whole process of getting an undamaged bag started to unfold. The first 2 bags I got were so poorly packaged that the leather was dented and crushed. They even sent the replacement for the first bag in a long, rectangular box that was about 2" small than the width of the bag!! After getting the run around from multiple CS agents about when my replacements were shipping and how they were shipping I finally took a friend's advice and contacted corporate. I was contacted by a nice woman in corporate who I sent photos to and said "Why would someone do that to that lovely of a bag?" After I got the 2nd replacement she contacted me and send I would be generously compensated with a discount on my purchase. Well, now I have a lovely bag for a killer price and now my Buster La Fauve hang tag has a home (I took off the other hanging thing. Was too clunky for me).
