I am a huge Yurman fan and I have purchased pieces from my local jewelry boutique (not a Yurman boutique but a high end boutique carrying Yurman) and from Saks. DY.com has a product that I want that Saks doesn't have (nor does my boutique) so I made my first purchase on DY.com and bought it. The item was available but by the time I placed my order, it was on backordered and due to be available on 5/8. Since I ordered it, 5/8 turned to 5/18, which turned to 5/22 which turned to 5/25. DY NEVER sent me an e-mail. I had to see it on their website and then call to check on the status of my order each time. They continued to promise me that they would e-mail me if the backorder date got changed but you guessed it, they never did. I call and get different answers from different people each time b/c it is a call center that works with MANY designers and they do not work for DY. They field questions from 30 different websites. I am SO close to cancelling my order and telling them where to shove it. I have always loved DY jewelry but their CS sucks! Just a warning for anyone thinking about buying a backordered product from DY. I know I will never again!
