Bordeaux is such a beautiful neutral with lots of character and will age very very well. But like some mentioned, I find it more of a fall / winter color. Although, if you have a more avant garde/ rocker kind of wardrobe, definitely go with bordeaux. I'm not a etoupe fan but if your wardrobe covers a big range of the spectrum, maybe etoupe will be easier to go with everything.
I would choose bordeaux, love etain more than etoupe, which has the gorgeous contrast stiching but looks too brown on me. Gris T is great for summer but etain would be my choice for a greyish neutral with brown undertone.
