Hi everyone! So I purchased this Evelyne from a Japan seller and it definitely needs some TLC. What can I use to clean it to bring it back to life?

I’m confused by this bag. It looks like Barenia but the tag says “textured leather”. Anyway, your first step is to ID the leather - then there is a wealth of information around leather care on this forum.
Or, you can take to Hermes for a cleaning.

Yes I thought it was Barenia also.
Perhaps seller made an error on the tag?

Yes it is barenia leather I posted in another thread and she verified it’s barenia. I’ve purchased a lot from this company it was just put as textured leather it’s just the tag.
