Eva or Favorite? Old/retired style

Do you consider either the Eva or Favorite (original) a staple in your collection? Both? Neither? Have you sold yours? Would you buy one?

Why or why not? Just curious as I have really been eying both of these styles lately and kicking myself for not buying them when they were sold in stores.

Sold the favorite. Couldn’t stand the way it closed/opened (not secure). My friend has an Eva and loves it. She says it’s great for vacations.

I have an Eva. Somehow like it, but also not. Use it now and then for small stuff, but would prefer it bigger. However, too cute to sell.
The Favorite shape is not mine. To basic. But my best friend has a MM and loved it as a go to, hands free mummy bag.

I had the mono favorite mm and sold it due to the weak magnet closure, and creasing problems on the flap. I think I only used it 2-3 times, and it sat on my shelf for 2 years. The Eva has a zipper closure which is nice.

My mom has the Eva and it is a staple in her collection. It really is the perfect size. My issue is hers has a non removable chain. the sound it makes drives me nuts!

They both are good, favorite MM taller than Eva can holds more stuff, Eva's chain strap drop is longer wears more comfortably.

P.S. I never had issues with Favorite's closure nor had any creases in the flap but I don't use my bags heavily.

I sold my favorites and kept Eva. Love the zip closure and strap length.

Used to have the Eva. Glad it's gone lol it was floppy when empty and the interior wasn't very luxurious. Didn't fit very much and I disliked the gold chain.

Have had both, at some point. Gave Eva away to my sis, and getting closer and closer to letting my Favorite go too. Haven’t used it in 2-3 years.

If you want something pochette-sized as a bag, either one will do. Favorite, at least the MM size, holds more than Eva. Both bags are just too small for me for daytime use, and I prefer non-vachetta for evening/going out.

My mom, though, loves the size of both, for small errands and travel.

I have the Favorite MM mono and I will never sell it. It’s such a lovely crossbody bag for weekends and travelling. It fits my Clemence wallet, IPhone, tissues and key cles. I‘m using a mono strap when it’s raining.

Eva mono is my favorite party bag. Use it without the long strap. It goes with any outfit and looks very elegant.

Both! First I had the Eva DE for many years and I always wanted a mono but the Eva is just a tad too small so I just recently purchased the favorite mm. Haven’t used it yet but the size is much better IMO.

I have the Favorite in Damier Ebene, love it sooo much. I will never part with it. It is perfect as a crossbody bag or party bag.

I have both. They are a staple in my collection. I would never sell them. They are my "favorites" Pehaps you will be able to find these online in great condition and purchase them!!!!

Eva! I love this bag so much! At first the chain bothered me when I wore it cross body, but I just love it. I love wearing it as a shoulder bag with the chain. It’s held up beautifully. It holds my essentials too
